Flaws

Like I said, this is a 25 year old car with 52K miles on it so for me to claim that "this car is flawless" would be ludicrous.  If you are looking for something really flawless, you should get a new car.  This car has been a hobby for me and I have been regularly tinkering with various things.  The new owner should expect to do that also.

I don't want to mislead anyone about the condition of the vehicle so perhaps not a smart thing to do (I am not so smart as you have probably surmised by now, anyone who dumps $80K into a 25 year old 308 cannot be too smart), I will document all the "flaws" here.  Please note that these are the items that bother me and on my "list of things to fix", not necessarily "a comprehensive list of everything that would make this car imperfect".
